Yivli Minaret

Yivli Minare is also called as Ulu Mosque. Its other name is Alaaddin Mosque. It is a historical mosque in Antalya. The mosque was built by the Anatolian Seljuk Sultan Alaaddin Keykubad 1. The mosque is located in Kaleiçi. The minaret of the mosque is called as Yivli Minare. Itis one of the symbols of the city. The mosque was first built in 1230. The minaret is 38 metres. It has 90 steps to the top. It was opened to the public in 1974. Come and see it here !
