It is believed that apple was first grown in the northern Anatolia. Some historians claim that it was first found in Central Asia. It is a very nutritious fruit. It can grow up to 5-12 m high. An apple tree has a lot of green leaves and it blossom with the leaves. When it blossom, at first the flowers are white but then it gets pink. The fruit gets ripe in the outumn and picked up. Turkey makes a big profit of this fruit. In Turkey, average person eats about 20 kg of apples. It has Vitamin A. Apple decreases the tooth decay and apple is very beneficial for the people who have breathing problems.
